The daily work of the P&C Business Partner is about aligning and translating strategic business objectives and initiatives to P&C requirements and breaking down strategic targets into P&C measures. You do this in close collaboration with the P&C Service Office Team, the local P&C teams in the units, and all co-workers/ managers our Service Office organization.

We expect that you have:- Knowledge of how to set direction, create and manage long-term plans, set budgets and goals, and follow up on KPIs
- Knowledge of how to plan, attract, grow, deploy, reward and support colleagues & leaders and their careers in
- Experience in identifying, assessing, selecting and hiring suitable candidates for a job
- Knowledge of different leadership styles (such as interdependent, indirect, situational etc.) and needs as well as appropriate use for different situations
- The mix of strategic, tactical and operational skills
Also, it is preferred that you have:
- Minimum of 6 years of Human Resources experience
- Experience in handling HR data and technology
- Experience in the development and implementation of strategic plans / processes
- Experience in working with a global matrix organisation and/or participating in global projects
- Fluency in English (and Korean is a pre-requisite)

Your main responsibilities will be to:
- Lead and develop the P&C team to provide excellent co-worker experience
- Ensure the people strategy, global principles/guidelines as localised by the Country P&C team and relevant business plans are operationally implemented and lived up to
- Influence unit management team to continuously develop local leadership capabilities within their function according to business needs
- Support the building of local business competence & performance by setting and working on relevant goals, together with the managers
- Ensure delivery of learning & training at Service Office level
- Participate and support global/local projects
- Ensure local employer communication is consistent, well perceived and builds on the IKEA brand
- Secure an up-to-date succession process and plan by influencing the managers in taking the lead with special focus on developing talents and high performing potentials
- Execute People & Culture administrative tasks including e.g. updating personnel files, people data compiling and administration, preparing contracts, learning activities, timekeeping, booking and coordinating People & Culture related travel, meetings and events
- Collaborate closely within the P&C Delivery team to support standardisation and alignment within People Administration including collaboration with counterparts in other countries
- Continuously contribute to the improvement service delivery aiming for the highest and the most uniform standard
- Be a good example of IKEA leadership in ways that express the IKEA values within and outside IKEA, and together with the managers help to safeguard and promote the IKEA Culture
